Shanxi Quality Supervision Bureau Spot Checks Clothing Products And Other 31 Batches Of Unqualified

In April 2nd, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Shanxi Quality Supervision Bureau announced the results of quality supervision and spot checks of 19 kinds of consumer goods, such as work clothes.

According to the regulations of the PRC on the quality of domestic products and the regulations on the supervision and inspection of product quality, the Provincial Bureau has organized the quality supervision and inspection of 19 kinds of consumer goods such as work clothes, trousers, down garments, underwear, men's tops, cotton garments, denim clothing, women's shoes, children's clothing, student clothing, sportswear, men's shoes, men's trousers, shirts, towels, bath towels, sheets, mattresses and pillow cores.

I. Basic Situation

(a) this time, a total of 686 batches of 664 enterprises (including 162 manufacturing enterprises and 502 enterprises) were selected.

655 batches were tested, 31 batches were not qualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 4.5%.

Among them, the unqualified detection rate of work clothes, down garments, underwear, men's tops, women's shoes, children's clothing, student clothing, sportswear, mattress, pillow core and men's shoes was 0. The detection rates of female trousers, cotton garments, denim clothing, men's trousers, shirts, towels, bath towels and sheets were 7.5%, 10%, 8.6%, 24%, 28%, 6%, 2%, 10%, respectively.

The main quality problems are as follows: (1) the post knit joint strength, fiber content and color fastness items of women's trousers are not qualified; (2) the fiber content and color fastness items of cotton garments, denim clothing, men's trousers and shirts are not qualified; (3) the pH value of towels and bath towels is not qualified; (4) the pH value of the sheets and color stains are not qualified.

Two. Analysis of spot checks

The quality supervision and spot checks of jeans, men's trousers and shirts involved 145 batches of 136 production and distribution enterprises (9 production enterprises and 127 distribution enterprises) in our province. The products were mainly tested for formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, color fastness, fiber content and other items.

After examination, the detection rate of female trousers was 7.5%, the unqualified rate of cotton clothing was 10%, the unqualified rate of jeans was 8.6%, the unqualified rate of male trousers was 24%, and the unqualified rate of shirts was 28%.

The main quality problems of the above products are fiber content and color fastness.

Main content test

The composition of raw materials is an important indicator of the internal quality of textile products, reflecting the intrinsic characteristics and value orientation of products. It is also one of the most concerned contents of consumers' purchase products. The identification of fabric fiber content is inconsistent with the test results, not only can not correctly guide consumption, but also cause economic losses to consumers and harm consumers' interests.

Color fastness is an important quality index of clothing products. If the project fails, it will lead to migration of dyes under the action of sweat, water and friction. It will not only cause discoloration of clothing fabrics, but also affect the applicability of beauty and wear. It may pfer from textiles to human skin, and become the inducement factors of human diseases and cause human injury under the biocatalysis of bacteria.

The main reason for the failure of fiber content and color fastness is that the production enterprises purchased and used unqualified fabrics, resulting in lax checks on incoming raw materials.

(two) towels, bath towels and sheets.

The quality supervision and spot check of towels, bath towels and bedsheets involved 199 batches of 198 enterprises (lodging industry) in our province, mainly for 3 items including pH value, odor, color stain and so on.

The detection rate of unqualified towels was 6%, the unqualified rate of bath towels was 2%, and the unqualified rate of bed sheets was 10%.

The main quality problems of towels, bath towels and sheets are pH items.

The failure of the project will easily lead to the destruction of the natural barriers on the surface of human skin, causing bacteria and diseases.

The main reason for the failure of the project is that some enterprises failed to wash the detergent strictly according to the washing procedure in the washing process.

In this spot check, another batch of bed monochrome stains failed.

Color stains refer to stains in the process of use, mainly blood stains, urine stains, rust stains and so on.

Stained with stains on the sheets, viruses will directly harm consumers' health.

Three, job requirements

In view of the problems found in the quality supervision and spot check of this product, the quality supervision department that takes the post processing must attach great importance to it and strictly follow the laws and regulations of the PRC on the quality of products, the product quality supervision and spot check management method, and the regulations on the post processing work of the disqualified product manufacturers of product quality, state supervision and spot check, and conscientiously handle the post processing work:

(1) for the enterprises where the quality of products is not qualified in the supervision and spot check, the relevant units should do the post processing according to the regulations according to law.

At the same time, we urge the unqualified enterprises to do well in the rectification work, organize the review in time, effectively improve the legal awareness and quality consciousness of the disqualified enterprises, strictly implement the main responsibility of the product quality, and guide the enterprises to organize production strictly according to the standards, so as to ensure the quality and safety of the products.

(two) when the inspection authorities refuse to inspect the enterprises, they should be listed as the key monitoring objects by the geological supervision department (the Bohai Bay Hotel of Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, in this supervision and spot check, without proper reasons for refusal to accept supervision and spot check). The supervision and inspection shall be intensified, and the reinspection work shall be organized. The inspection fee shall be paid by enterprises, and those who fail to be rechecked shall be severely punished according to law, and shall be included in the blacklist of dishonest enterprises.

We should urge them to abide by the law, establish and improve the quality assurance system, and enhance the sense of quality and law-abiding.

(three) the quality supervision department that undertakes the post processing should clearly identify the responsible person, strictly handle the time limit, and improve the feedback mechanism for the post processing results of the supervision and spot check enterprises.
