The Ministry of environmental protection has recently announced that enterprises that fail to upgrade to meet the standards will be closed before the end of September this year.

The State Administration of safety and supervision has also announced the launch of a large production safety inspection in 7-10 months. All chemical plants in 34 provinces and autonomous regions of China will be inspected. None of them will be spared. Some experts say that the second half of this year will be the most brutal half year of the textile industry.

Zhejiang Province: compulsory cleaner production

Recently, the Zhejiang provincial Environmental Protection Department announced the list of compulsory cleaner production audit enterprises in Zhejiang Province in 2018, and 341 enterprises in the province were listed on the list, of which 116 were water pollution control enterprises.

The environmental protection bureaus of all cities, counties (cities and districts) are responsible for the implementation of the compulsory cleaner production audit work, and the enterprises that carry out compulsory cleaner production auditing are assessed and checked according to the requirements.

Jiangsu Province: start environmental protection special enforcement action

In order to carry out the "three water simultaneous treatment" requirements and further enhance the quality of the printing and dyeing industry, the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Wujiang District officially launched the "Thunderbolt seven" environmental protection special enforcement action at 7 pm on March 31st.

The district environmental monitoring brigade dispatched 31 law enforcement officers into 6 groups. More than 40 law enforcement personnel in the joint towns and townships demolished 232 production facilities that exceeded the scope of pollutant discharge permission and sealed up 53 dyeing cylinders.

The printing and dyeing industry will be carried out according to the "631" standard. "631" means "six clear three control one upgrade". "Six clear" is clear water, mud, medicine, clean accounts, clear production capacity and clear handling capacity.

In the 79 printing and dyeing enterprises in the region, most of the printing and dyeing enterprises have demolished all the production equipment beyond the scope of the pollutant discharge permit.

It is reported that the "three water simultaneous treatment" printing and dyeing industry special rectification held a mobilization meeting in January 19, 2018, requiring all printing and dyeing enterprises to dismantle all production facilities beyond the scope of the sewage permit before March 31st; complete the contents of the rectification before October 31st; the total water intake control system and the total discharge control system of waste water are put into use, and the printing and dyeing enterprises and sewage treatment plants are stable to meet the standard discharge; the inspection and acceptance of the effectiveness of the enterprise renovation is completed before December 31st.
