Review: China'S Personnel Labor Relations After Entry Into WTO
From P to December 11, 2001, China has successfully joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) for 12 years. During this period, the development and change brought to China are all-around and revolutionary.
Under this background, China's personnel labor relations are also undergoing a series of changes, mainly manifested in the gradual internationalization, diversification, marketization and complexity.
From the perspective of building a socialist harmonious society and practicing Scientific Outlook on Development, the author analyzes and discusses the current situation and development trend of Personnel Labor Relations in China after entering the WTO and the countermeasures to deal with the contradictions between personnel and labor after entering WTO.
