At the opening of the Manufacturing Expo, more than 500 equipment manufacturing enterprises from 12 provinces and cities in the country gathered in Taiyuan. More than 4000 professional businessmen were invited to attend the event. The number of visitors is expected to exceed 30 thousand.

The Expo will be organized by the Ministry of industry and information, the Shanxi Provincial People's government and Chinese machinery.

It is divided into 6 parts, namely, the achievements display of Shanxi's equipment manufacturing industry, the display and sale of products and technology in the equipment manufacturing industry, the cooperation and negotiation of products and technologies in the equipment manufacturing industry, the special forum, the signing ceremony and the results release conference, and the product promotion activities in the equipment manufacturing industry. There are altogether 10 exhibition areas.

During the Expo, there will be a signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the provincial government and the Ministry of industry and the Ministry of industry and the Chinese armament industry group. The activities of the forum, the International Forum on coal machinery, the signing of activities of the municipal delegations in various provinces and the signing ceremony of the results will be gathered from the well-known experts in the equipment manufacturing industry, the big cities of the equipment manufacturing industry and the experts in the field of industry.

According to statistics, 152 manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Liaoning and other 12 provinces and cities have participated in this annual fair. There are 358 exhibitors in the province, and more than 1200 exhibits have been exhibited inside and outside the province.

The development of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi not only has a good industrial foundation and manpower, location, capital and other advantages, but also has a large market demand, huge potential and broad prospects.
