Since January 1st, ten national standards of clothing have been formally implemented. The new standard has made specific provisions on the pH value and formaldehyde content of garments, including suits, work clothes and woven student clothes.

Most of the clothing labels in many clothing stores simply wrote several letters, and some even hung up the cards.

In the interview, I found that most people do not know that clothing has pH value and formaldehyde content. A lot of people do not care whether these two indicators are up to standard.

For the current situation of clothing standards in Harbin market is not perfect, the provincial fiber inspection bureau responsible person expressed concern.

The official said that the pH value of normal skin is acidic, which is between 4.5 and 6.5. If the pH value of clothing is too high, it will irritate the skin and cause skin diseases.
