Because of the huge population base, China's per capita energy resources share is far lower than the world average. With the limited supply of all kinds of resources, "energy conservation" has become the first choice to alleviate the energy crisis. The energy conservation projects already implemented are mainly distributed in Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou and other places. The projects involve building air conditioning system pformation, industrial boiler modification, waste gas and waste heat utilization, and electric motor drag system pformation. All projects are mature in technology, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious. The average return on investment is about 30%.
