In the ninth districts and counties, the labor appraisal committee should extend the application to the employer and the injured worker in writing.

Tenth workers who have been injured in the industry have to stop working for the time limit, and they should be assessed for their ability to work.

If there is any need for further treatment, there must be a leave certificate for the work-related injury medical institution, and the medical expenses for the industrial injury shall be reimbursed, but no treatment for the period of suspension will be granted.

The standard of subsistence allowance issued by the employer shall not be lower than the sick leave.

Eleventh workers who have been injured after work have relapsed after their work, and they need to reconfirm the period of suspension.

If the twelfth workers are in the period of suspension of work or in the absence of the conclusion of labor capability appraisal, the employer shall not terminate or terminate the labor contract with them.

The thirteenth measures have been implemented since January 1, 2004. The Interim Measures for the management of work-related injuries in Beijing shall be abolished at the same time.

The instructions for the period of stoppage and leave of pay (Trial Implementation) are used in the "directory of stoppages and leave of pay" (1.). Based on the reference to the management of the stoppage period and the end time of the pport department in the relevant provinces and cities, the period of suspension of stay is determined in the Xuanwu hospital, Jishuitan Hospital, Tiantan hospital, Tongren Hospital, and so on.

In the 2. directory, the suspension period is the time for treatment and rest for different parts of the body after primary injury.

The extension and reduction of the time limit for suspension of work shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the management of work-related injuries and workers' pay off period."

The 3. parts of the injury were classified into head injury, neck injury, chest injury, shoulder and upper arm injuries, elbow and forearm injuries, wrist and hand injuries, hip and thigh injuries, knee and calf injury, ankle and foot injuries, body injuries, trunk, limbs or unspecified injuries, retention of foreign bodies, burns and corrosive injuries, frostbite, and so on. 4. each part of the injury is basically classified according to superficial injury, open wound, fracture, dislocation and sprain of joint and ligament, nerve injury, blood vessel injury, internal organ injury, muscle and tendon injury, crush injury and cut injury.

5. superficial injuries include: (1) bruise; (2) contusion (including bruises and hematoma); (3) injuries caused by superficial foreign bodies are not accompanied by large open wounds.

6. open wounds include: (1) animal bites; (2) cut wounds; (3) laceration; (4) stab wounds.

The 7. fractures were: (1) closed fractures (comminuted, compression, lifting, fractured, green branch, embedded, linear, military, Dan Chunxing, epiphyseal spondylolisthesis, spiral); (2) open fractures (open, infectious, bullet type, puncture type).

8. dislocation and sprain include: joint (capsule) and ligament (1) avulsion; (2) laceration; (3) sprain; (4) traumatic (arthrosis, rupture, incomplete dislocation, tear).

9. nerve and spinal cord injuries include: (1) complete or incomplete injury of the spinal cord; (2) continuous (connection) damage to the nerves and spinal cord; (3) traumatic (neurotomy, spinal cord hemorrhage, paralysis, paraplegia, and limb paralysis).

10. vascular injuries include: (1) avulsion; (2) cutting injury; (3) laceration; (4) traumatic (aneurysm or fistula, arterial hematoma, rupture).

11. muscle and tendon injuries include: (1) avulsion; (2) cutting injury; (3) laceration; (4) traumatic rupture.

The 12. catalogue refers to the time needed to treat various kinds of primary injuries, and is not corresponding to all kinds of sequelae.

The sequelae of various primary injuries are the consequences of injury.
