In performing their duties, the inspector of labour and social security shall bear the following obligations: (1) enforce the law impartially, do not abuse his power, and do not engage in malpractices for selfish ends; (2) shall not divulge the case and confidential information of the enterprise to others; (3) confidentiality for the informant.
