Exhibition fee:

Exhibition procedures:

To apply for the booth, please fill in the contract and fax it to the organizing committee. The organizing committee will arrange the booth.

The exhibitors must remit 50% booth fee as booth bookings within one week after the confirmation of the booth. The balance will be paid in full before August 20, 2008.

Details of exhibitors:

- the deadline for registration is August 15, 2008.

- the exhibitors must pay the booth fee according to the prescribed time to ensure the confirmation of the booth's position, otherwise the application is invalid, and the organizing committee has the right to distribute the booth separately.

- participation in domestic enterprises must be a joint venture with 50% or more domestic shares registered by domestic registered enterprises or domestic registered enterprises. Foreign proprietorship enterprises and joint ventures shall occupy more than 50% of the shares, or exhibitors whose products are foreign brands.

- the exhibitors shall not cancel or reduce the area of the booth after the confirmation of the contract is submitted, and shall pay the full cost of the exhibition.

Special charges for electricity / power, gas, water and pportation are not included in the exhibition fee. Please refer to the exhibitors service guide for detailed charges.
