In August 19th, a lecture hosted by AOKANG University, Dr. Mei Lin's lecture on "action learning and action management", was held at the multi-functional hall on the third floor of the AOKANG headquarters.

It is understood that Dr. Mei Lin is currently a CEO of Singapore Zhongsheng national pulse management consulting company, CEO of China enterprise business school and a fellow of the Behavioral Science Research Institute of Chinese Academy of management. He has been employed as a senior management consultant of many enterprises, and is mainly responsible for the construction of leadership and corporate culture.

Prior to this, he worked with AOKANG for many times and learned deeply about AOKANG. In July this year, he also participated in the research activities under the leadership of AOKANG.

At the beginning of the lecture, Dr. Mei Lin put forward the six word "avoid self closing". If a person or a company closes itself and does not accept outside information, it will fail to learn.

This is also the reason why action learning has been popular in Haier and Huarun.

Dr. Mei also put forward three key words for the problems in AOKANG in the course of investigation. They are performance, quality and emotion. They think that AOKANG must improve sales and reduce costs, strictly control the quality and build a harmonious team when AOKANG wants to develop at a high speed and healthfully. There is no shortage of three.

This leads to the importance of action learning. Only when you go deep into the grass roots will you find problems.

Of course, we need to solve problems when we find problems, which requires us to carry out action management in every department. For example, the production department must have a set of production standards, strictly enforce them and ensure quality.

Finally, he also stressed that the focus of AOKANG's work in the future should be nurturing coaching supervision and attaching importance to R & D.
