The reporter learned from florists that the peak period of flower sales was from Spring Festival to "38" in previous years. After the 38 quarter, the flower market will be cooling down for a period of time, and the second peak will come to the "51".

According to the insiders, due to the upcoming Olympic Games, all kinds of activities such as tourism, exhibitions and large conferences will increase, so this year's cooling off period will disappear, and the consumption of flower market will reach the peak in the past two years.

A flower trader told reporters: "the sales volume in these two days is nearly doubled than that in the same period last year. Carnations sold nearly 1500 of these two days, sold nearly 1000 roses, and sold nearly 100 basins of all kinds of bonsai."

Other florists also said that since March this year, flower sales have been very good, and dozens of orders have been received every day, up to hundreds of them.
