Bank Of China Cashmere Co., Ltd. (000982): The Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Has Obtained The EIA Approval Of The Project With An Annual Output Of 80000 Tons Of Lithium Iron Phosphate

Bank of China (000982) announced on the evening of June 12 that Sichuan xinruiheng lithium energy technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "xinruiheng") received the reply on the environmental impact report of Sichuan xinruiheng lithium energy technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "xinruiheng") from Deyang Ecological Environment Bureau (DEHP [2022] No. 185). It is approved that xinruiheng will invest and build the project of lithium iron phosphate with an annual output of 80000 tons in Deyang ABA Ecological Economic Industrial Park of Mianzhu City, and implement the environmental protection measures and requirements proposed in the reply, strictly implement the "three Simultaneities" system of environmental protection, so as to ensure the stable and standard discharge of various pollutants. The project will be completed in four phases with a construction scale of 20000 tons / year of lithium iron phosphate capacity, and new workshops and related supporting facilities will be built. After the project is put into operation, the total investment of the project will be 800 million yuan per year.

As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the energy assessment, safety assessment, preliminary design and other related work of the above projects are being actively promoted. Xinruiheng will carry out the project construction, management and operation in strict accordance with the requirements of EIA approval, so as to ensure the coordinated and sustainable development of project implementation and environmental protection.
