Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is the richest man ever. The mainland has made remarkable achievements in this year's list, with 389 rich people on record. Among them, Alibaba founder Ma Yun ranked seventeenth in the list, and also the richest Chinese, worth up to 38 billion 800 million dollars.

In 2020, 2095 billionaires came on the list, less than 2153 in 2019. The total wealth of the richest list this year is $8 trillion, less than US $8 trillion and 700 billion in 2019. This year, 267 people have failed, and 1062 people have fallen in wealth, with a record number of people. This reflects the impact of market turbulence and the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia.

In terms of countries and regions, the United States has the most richest list of 614 richest people (607 last year), 389 in mainland China (324 last year), 107 in Germany (less than 114 last year), 102 in India (less than 106 last year), and 99 in Russia (more than last year's 98).
