Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, a group of automobile, clothing and other production enterprises have been urgently transferred to production, and cross border production masks and protective clothing have been urgently needed.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, thousands of enterprises in the country have added "mask, protective clothing, disinfectant, thermometer and medical device" to their business scope. They have rushed to examine and approve the qualification, postpone the original plan, transform the production line, and actively fight against the epidemic.

Garment enterprises rely on existing personnel and equipment to switch production rapidly. Red beans, YOUNGOR and Taiping birds have joined the army of production masks and protective clothing. In Shandong, Shu long group, which produces women's clothing, has completed the qualification examination and approval in 4 days. At present, the company produces two thousand medical protective clothing every day, and the new production line is ready to produce more than 20 thousand Nissan protective clothing. In Fenghua, Zhejiang, more than 300 employees of Ai Mei, a foreign trade enterprise of high grade garments, devoted themselves to the production of masks.

Automobile enterprises exert their manufacturing advantages and cross boundary production. The 11 masks production line is being installed in the dust-free workshop of SAIC GM Wuling, which is expected to reach 2 million capacity per day by the end of February.

In Guangzhou, Guangzhou Automobile Group successfully assembled and debugged the first protective mask production equipment in two days. It is expected to complete the production of 30 masks production equipment by the end of this month.

As an important energy supplier of masks, energy companies have been able to get through the industrial chain and help the upstream and downstream enterprises expand their production since the outbreak. As of February 7th, Sinopec and its partners have completed 11 masks production lines, and will soon enter the installation process. It is estimated that by March 10th, new capacity will be increased by more than 1 million tablets per day.
