Results Of Spot Checks Of Underwear Products Announced In Shenzhen
According to the official website of Shenzhen market and quality supervision and Administration Committee on January 3, 2019, in the second quarter of 2018, the Shenzhen municipal market supervision authority organized the production and sales of Shenzhen.
Underwear
Product quality supervision and spot checks were carried out.
A total of 50 batches of products sold and manufactured by 27 enterprises were inspected, and 6 batches of unqualified samples were detected.
The spot checks are based on the state.

According to the requirements of the basic safety technical specification (GB 18401-2010), the mandatory items such as formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, water fastness, acid perspiration fastness, alkali fastness to perspiration, and dry rubbing fastness of underwear were tested, and the recommended items such as moisture fastness, color fastness to soaping and fiber content were tested.
The main unqualified items of this underwear product are formaldehyde content, pH value and fiber content.
Among them, the 1 batch of adjusted trademark samples of "Fei Ge Bei ti" were found to be unqualified for the pH samples of the bra samples; the 1 batch of brassiere samples with the nominal trademark "6IXTY8IGHT" were found to be unqualified; the 1 batches of underwear samples with the trademark "J.D.Chaude warm" were found to be unqualified; the 1 batches of bra samples were identified as "name Han"; the items of fiber content of the bra samples were not qualified; the 1 batches of bra samples of the "brand name" were found to be unqualified for the detection of fiber content items.
According to the world clothing shoes and hats net, formaldehyde content is an important indicator of human health. Formaldehyde content exceeding standard will cause strong irritation to the respiratory tract and skin and mucous membranes of the human body, causing respiratory injury and triggering various kinds of inflammation.

The pH value of human skin surface is weak acidity, which can inhibit the growth and propagation of some pathogenic bacteria and protect the skin from infection.

The national standard GB/T 5296.4-2012 "consumer goods instructions fourth part: textiles and clothing" and GB/T 29862-2013 "textile fiber content identification" clearly stipulates the fiber content of textile fabrics and linings.
In view of the quality problems found in spot checks, the Shenzhen municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau has already dealt with disqualified production enterprises and business units in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Here, the Shenzhen municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau reminds producers that they must organize production in strict accordance with laws and regulations and national standards, and shall not produce or sell unqualified products. Producers find that there are hidden dangers and defects in their plastic shopping bags (non food contact), which can cause damage to human health and personal and property safety. They should initiate defects investigation and take the initiative to recall products.
The seller must strictly carry out the inspection and acceptance system for incoming goods, inspect the qualification of suppliers, verify product qualification certificates and product identities, take measures to ensure the quality of products, not sell unqualified products, and discontinue the sale of unqualified products declared by the public notice.
At the same time, Shenzhen market supervision authority reminds consumers:
Try not to buy products with no information or instructions.
The description (identification) content should include the manufacturer's name and address, product name, product size or specification, fiber composition and content, maintenance method, product standard, safety category, matters needing attention in use and storage, quality grade and qualification certificate.
Pay attention to checking the appearance of the product.
If there are patches, thick and thin joints, uneven thickness and whether there are defects in knitting and sewing, whether the edges of the seam are neatly wrapped or not.
Carefully check the accessories such as shoulder straps, buttons, zippers and so on. Try to choose products with fine workmanship.
Women's underwear should be chosen with no smell.
The safety of underwear products is very important for women, and smell is an intuitive way of judging.
With the diversification of fabric, color and function of underwear products, consumers should rationally choose some health functions in propaganda.
When buying, try wearing and feel comfortable with your body.
Particular attention should be paid to whether brassiere is too tightly bound to affect the blood circulation of the breasts, and the factors such as the permeability and softness of the bra's inner lining.
