Putian Shoe Has Gone Brilliantly? Worth About 52000000 Yuan Factory Land Will Be Auctioned Off.
According to netizens, Da Soyu is known as "shoe city", and shoe industry has always been one of the pillar industries in Putian.
But in recent years, because of the shift of orders, the rising cost of labor and raw materials and so on, the shoe industry in Putian has been struggling. Some shoe factories have even closed down.
Last month, it was revealed that the Yongde shoe factory was auctioned off. It is not expected that there will be another new auction news: Xianyou County East Zheng Shoes Co., Ltd., located in the Putian County Xianyou Spring Industrial Park, has been sealed up by the local court. The factory land valued at about 52000000 yuan will also be auctioned recently.
