The green design product evaluation technical specification is the standard set by the industry and information administration department to support the enterprises to develop green products, carry out green design, enhance the energy saving and environmental protection and low carbon level of the products, guide green production and green consumption.

In recent years, the Ministry of industry and information technology, together with the AQSIQ and other departments, has promulgated the guidelines for the construction of green manufacturing standard system (Ministry of industry and commerce joint section 2016 [304]), "notice on the development of green manufacturing system" (Letter No. 586 of the office of industry and Commerce) (586), "industrial energy conservation and green standardization action plan (2017-2019 years)" (Ministry of industry section 2017 [110]) and other documents, and clearly put forward the evaluation criteria for 100 green design products in key industries, and develop the target of ten thousand green products.

Subsequently, the experts and business representatives gathered to discuss the content of the standard, recombing and confirming the scope, standard framework and standard technical requirements of the standard, and arranged and arranged the next step of the standard compilation work.

In summing up the meeting, Cheng Hao asked all units to conscientiously summarize the opinions and suggestions put forward by experts, and combine them with the actual situation of each standard as soon as possible, so as to ensure that the standard highlights are outstanding, the boundaries are clear, the indicators are advanced and operational.

He stressed that the relevant standards for green manufacturing in this year will be formulated with a tight schedule and heavy responsibilities. We must complete the standard setting according to the requirements of the Ministry of energy and energy conservation and the high quality and high standards.

Up to now, a total of 43 standards in the industrial field have been included in the list of green design product standards issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology.

Among them, the textile industry has issued the "green design product evaluation technology specification" (T/CAGP 0024-2017 T/CAB 0024-2017), "green design product evaluation technical specification, cashmere knitted products" (T/CAGP 0025-2017 T/CAB 0025-2017) two group standards, and 7 textile products have entered the Ministry of industry green design product catalog.

Next, the SPC will continue to promote the improvement and perfection of the green manufacturing standard system, and encourage and guide more textile products to declare the national green design products.
