Tanneries And Other Key Industries Need To Take A Good Road To Environmental Protection.

The Ministry of industry and Commerce recently organized the implementation plan for clean production technology of key industries in water pollution control (Draft).

The plan of action for prevention and control will promote clean production technology pformation in 11 key industries, such as papermaking, agricultural and sideline food processing, reduce the amount of new water for industrial use, increase the water reuse rate, reduce the production and discharge of water pollutants, and promote the continuous improvement of water environment quality.

According to the Ministry of industry and Commerce estimates, through these industries to promote the use of advanced applications

The implementation of cleaner production technology pformation is expected to reduce the amount of wastewater discharged by 6 billion tons, reduce the production of chemical oxygen demand (COD) by 250 tons, reduce the output of ammonia nitrogen by 150 thousand tons, and reduce the amount of chromium containing sludge (80%~90%) of about 30 thousand tons.

The program has launched 56 professional technologies, and has annotated the technical name, scope of application, main technical contents, main problems solved and application prospect analysis.

Taking the first paper industry in 11 key industries as an example, there are 6 selected technologies, namely, clean wheat straw pulping technology, displacement cooking process and oxygen delignification technology.

According to the plan, the dyestuff and pigment industry should be improved.

The utilization rate has been worked hard, and 5 feasible technical routes for cleaner production have been put forward.

It is understood that the "plan" for papermaking, agricultural and sideline products processing, leather making, textile, non-ferrous metals, nitrogen fertilizer, pesticides, coking, raw material manufacturing, electroplating, dye and pigment 11 industrial sectors.

These industrial sectors account for about 50% of the total industrial pollutants and are the key areas for industrial water pollution control.

Reporters learned that, as early as July 2014, the Ministry of industry and Commerce issued the "air pollution prevention and control key industries clean production technology implementation plan", and asked all relevant departments to make use of industrial pformation and upgrading, technological pformation, air pollution prevention and other special funds and local fiscal and administrative funds, giving priority to the implementation of cleaner production technology pformation projects.
