"When the factory was the best business, it sold 15000 pairs of shoes every month. After selling it for only one year, the sales volume reached 50 thousand pairs per month. Now it is stable at about 90 thousand pairs per month, with an annual sales volume of 12 million yuan."

Wang Heng said that their cloth shoes have been exported to Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, Liaoning and other places through the Internet.

Wang Heng had an Internet venture experience while he was at university.

His first venture was to sell tourist shoes.

At that time, a pair of tourist shoes sold for about 150 yuan in the store, and he sold 20 pairs of shoes on the Internet.

This failure has impressed him deeply.

Wang Heng told me that his hometown is full of shoe factories, and there are cloth shoes R & D centers and shoe making industrial parks.

"So many factories are making shoes and selling shoes, how can they break through?"

To this end, Wang Heng conducted a special investigation, he found home shoe factory sales methods are relatively backward, still using entity store mode.

"If we want to get rid of difficulties, we must catch up with the trend of Internet sales."

Wang Heng made a summary after careful investigation.

After careful study of the distribution channels, Wang Heng chose to join Huitong express in 2014, so that the cost of a pair of shoes was two yuan cheaper than before.
