Contrary to the reduction of large shareholder in another clothing giant in China, Bosideng chairman set up a new wholly owned holding company. Itochu and CITIC Group jointly joined the stock market to increase Bosideng shares.

Bosideng recently signed an agreement with Japan's third largest trading banks, Itochu group and CITIC Securities's Jinshi capital, and subscribed 1 billion 303 million new shares of Bosideng to HK $15 HK $100 million.
After further strengthening the financial foundation and financing capability, Gao Dekang, chairman of Bosideng, formulated the "three year plan" to adjust the proportion of down and non feather plate business from 8:2 to 5:5.
Despite its ambitions, Bosideng's recent non feather down business is not smooth.
Bosideng's latest announcement shows that ITC SPC, jointly established by Itochu Commercial Corporation and CITIC Securities's investment in Jinshi, will invest 1 billion 303 million New new shares in 1.19 Surplus by investing in New Surplus (Gao Dekang, chairman of Bosideng), with a total subscription amount of HK $1 billion 550 million.
The shares subscribed by Itou Tada and CITIC Securities account for about 16.27% of Bosideng's existing share capital, representing about 13.99% of the issued share capital after the expansion of subscription.
Bosideng announced that subscription has strengthened the financial foundation and financing capability of Bosideng group. The group will make full use of the proceeds from subscriptions to further develop its core business and plan to import new brands.
