Fourth payments

After receiving the invoice from the seller, the buyer must pay the seller the following time limit:

Check before acceptance

The Seller shall complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment before November 25, 2002 and complete the inspection stipulated in the acceptance manual; at the same time, the seller must sign the equipment acceptance certificate to prove that the inspection has been completed.

The acceptance documents should be marked with the defects that both parties agree and should be corrected by the seller within the time agreed between the parties.

Site acceptance should take place in November 26, 2002.

Sixth article

change

Any changes to the main contents or schedules of this contract shall be made in writing from the date of entry into force of the contract. Details shall be made about the effect of the change on the specifications, price, performance, design, acceptance date, replacement performance of the delivered or ready to deliver spare parts, and other important items of this contract, and shall be signed by both parties.

In order to repair defects or improve equipment, the seller can make minor changes or corrections to the technical specifications, provided that such changes do not seriously affect the total purchase price, functional characteristics, performance and replacement performance of spare parts.

Seventh guarantees

The Seller guarantees that the equipment will not meet the technical specifications due to defects in the equipment and materials, as well as imperfect design.

If the equipment and parts fail from the date of acceptance, if the seller fails within 1 years, the Seller shall be responsible for the replacement or repair within 7 days after receiving the notice of the new company, and the expenses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the seller.

If the seller fails to fulfil the above warranty, he shall bear all losses caused by the buyer.

Eighth others

This contract is a complete agreement between the parties hereto. All statements, negotiations, letters, commitments, agreements, consultations and contracts made by the parties or their agents before the agreement are applicable to or in connection with any matter or thing involved in the agreement, whether written or oral.
