(7) run the Excel program to execute the "file" / "open" command, select the text type as "text file" or "all files" in the pop-up file dialog box, so that the newly saved text file can be opened.
(8) then you will see a text Import Wizard settings box, you can just open the file according to the prompt, so you will find that the content of the worksheet is exactly the same as the original worksheet. The difference is that all the formulas in the form need to be reset, and some text and number formats are missing.
4, auto repair method
If the Excel program runs malfunction and the file is damaged, you can use this repair method. Once the Excel program stops responding during the editing process, you can force the program to close. If the file is damaged due to a sudden power failure, you can restart the computer and run Excel, so that Excel will automatically pop up the "document recovery" window, and lists all files that Excel Excel automatically recovered when the program happened. You can use the mouse to select every file that you want to retain, click the arrow next to the specified file name, and then follow the following steps to manipulate the file:
