Huang Yuehong: my dream is to have a quality life, so although I have been a housewife for 5 years after marriage, I still haven't forgotten my dream.

I hope to work together with a group of partners and go crazy for a career.

At that time, I was surprised that he could go all the way to stay at home.

On the other hand, the electricity supplier is the best choice for women to show their self worth and realize their dreams, because I do not like to socialize, but also give consideration to family and children, so traditional business marketing is not suitable for me.

At the beginning, I really ran into the wall, and the most sad thing was my family's ignorance.

They think that a computer at home doesn't even see their faces.

But I am a persistent person, once determined, I will persist in the end. Finally, through three years' time, from one person's single handedly to the 10 person's sales team, I finally proved that I was right.

Reporter: after three years, from your own to 10 people's combat team, what kind of spirit do you value most?

Huang Yuehong: to build an excellent team, the first problem is to find people.

Personally, I think the recruited talents need to consider whether they are in line with the cultural team spirit of the enterprise, and they will also conduct examinations in all aspects of ability, character and so on.

I pay more attention to the personality of the other party, the assessment of values is an important standard for us to recruit people, and the team's ability to cooperate and the spirit of mutual assistance are very valuable.

Reporter: compared to large enterprises, the 10 teams seem to be weak, so Baotuan has become one of the ways to improve their competitiveness.

What do you think is the advantage of forming a business circle?

Huang Yuehong: This is an era of information sharing. If we are still behind closed doors, we will be left behind by our competitors.

In the Internet era, many business ideas and models are changing. After entering the business circle, enterprises can learn a lot from actual experience.

In the 2 years when we joined the Min Quan network chamber of Commerce, we have gained more understanding of the electricity supplier. At the same time, many predecessors in the chamber of Commerce have given us a lot of help and guidance, especially in terms of team building and landing of corporate culture.

Reporter: there has been a period of time for SMEs to embrace the development of business ecosystem. What aspects do you think there will be room for improvement in the future development?

Huang Yuehong: the electricity supplier should do well, depending on the team, not the boss. I think in the electricity supplier ecosystem, the core competitiveness is talents. The highly efficient combat team built up by talents can well bring the business enterprises in an orderly way.

For me, it will be in the future.

More manpower and financial resources are needed for recruitment and training.

For example, this year, we already have full-time HR staff in recruitment and training.
