Compared with 2012, the global trading volume of new staple fiber spindles increased by 10%, but the volume of rotor spinning decreased by 2%, while that of long staple fabrics decreased by 45%. In addition, the delivery quantity of the new stretch deformed spindle decreased by 29%, and the delivery volume of the new shuttleless loom decreased by 4%. The global trading volume of large circular machines increased from 28900 in 2011 to 36640 in 2012, or 27%, a new record. In 2013, the volume of machinery remained basically unchanged at 36575 units. Asia is still the main buyer, with a total volume of 33440 units, accounting for 91% of the total volume of transactions in 2013. China retook the first place in 27460 volumes, accounting for 75% of global transactions, followed by India, Turkey, Bangladesh and Indonesia, with trading volume of 1600, 1490, 910 and 850, accounting for 4.4%, 4.1%, 2.5% and 2.3% respectively.

In 2012, the global trading volume of computerized flat knitting machine decreased by 34% to 46100 units, and its trading volume continued to decline 24% to 35180 in 2013. Most of them were shipped to Asia (30300 stations, 86%), followed by Europe (including Turkey), 4350, or 12%. China was the largest buyer, purchasing 20800 units, accounting for 59%, followed by Bangladesh, Turkey, China Hongkong and Italy, and purchased 3960 (11.3%), 2790 (7.9%), 1850 (5.3%) and 790 (2.3%) respectively.
