From November 7th onwards, the importers should provide the customs with appropriate margin. < /p >
< p > according to the "a href=" http://fz.sjfzxm.com/ "anti-dumping investigation > /a > preliminary decision made by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce initially decided that the dumping products of the imported pulp products originating from the three countries were dumping during the investigation period. The dumping margin of US companies was 18.7%~ 29.8%, the dumping margin of Canada Company was 0.7%~50.9%, and the dumping margin of Brazil company was 6.8%~49.4%. The pulp industry in China is substantially damaged, and there is a causal relationship between dumping and material damage. < /p >
< p > the Ministry of Commerce said that when importing the product from the above sources, importers should provide the Chinese customs with the corresponding margin according to the margin rate determined by the preliminary decision. < /p >
< p > the product of this anti-dumping investigation belongs to the People's Republic of China import and export tariff code: 47020000, 47032100, 47061000 and 47063000, which is mainly used for producing less than a href= "http://cailiao.sjfzxm.com/Matertial/show/default.aspx" > viscose fiber > /a (such as viscose staple fiber, viscose filament) and other chemical fibers (excluding acetate fiber). < /p >
< p > the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice in February 6th this year to initiate anti-dumping investigation on pulp products imported from the United States, Canada and Brazil. < /p >
