Application of NIR heating technology


The so-called NIR refers to the near infrared ray. From the spectrogram of light (Figure 1) NIR, which refers to the wavelength of 0.8-1.5, the use of NIR technology is very extensive, but the successful application of this technology to the shoemaking industry is USMC.

According to the characteristics of NIR, make shoes The drying efficiency increased by nearly 3-4 times with the activation of glue, so that the length of oven section of the production line was shortened by more than 2 times, and the energy consumption was also reduced by nearly 1 times. For example, the traditional production line can reach 200 / h per hour, the total length of the oven is about 8 meters (TWO CEMENTING), and the total length of the RDS oven is about 3.5 meters. The energy consumption is reduced from the original average 30KW to 18KW. The successful application of USMC to NIR is simply a constant temperature control from the technical level. On the basis of successful application of NIR heating technology, USMC technicians have innovative technological design on the production line structure.


First, the oven is changed from traditional fixed type to movable and embedded, and the conveying system bracket is completely separated from the oven. The traditional production oven is part of the conveying system support. Later, we will continue to talk about the influence of this design on the flexibility of the production line. Secondly, the oven design is based on the aerodynamics principle, and adopts a more reasonable fan equipment in the hot air circulation system of the oven, so as to ensure the rationality and the small size of the oven size, and is suitable for visual management production line. Thirdly, the conveying system is designed as a unit type, and the production line can be lengthened or shortened by the addition and reduction unit. It is beneficial to improve the layout of the production line. Fourthly, the single hanging worktable makes the layout of the production line change more. Fifth, the original shoe rack design (Figure 3) enables the shoe to be placed horizontally, ensuring that the distance between the NIR tube and the activated surface is proper and even, and ensures the rational application of NIR Technology (near infrared ray has certain requirements for the distance of the light beam). In addition, the reasonable structural design of RDS and MSD fully comply with environmental protection, ergonomics, energy saving, mobile and composable.

Compared with the traditional production line, RDS and MSD occupy less space due to their short and compact size. Moreover, due to the mobility of the oven, the single suspension of the worktable makes the layout of the workshop workshops very easy to change. The structure of the unit conveyor belt makes the lengthening and shortening of the lines very easy, and the flexibility of RDS and MSD is extremely reflected. It is possible to make the production line from the original rigid standard to the custom-made customization according to the actual needs of the customers. At the same time, on the basis of personality, can it have unlimited space with the customers' future needs?


In addition, NIR technology ensures the complete activation of glue drying. There is no need to worry about the drying and activation of the glue is not complete. It ensures the sticky force between the vamp and the sole. The energy saving and production preparation time can be achieved at the same time. The traditional line can start at about 15 to 20 minutes, and RDS and MSD can be produced for 10 seconds.

Shoes are also entering the era of personalized pursuit, that is, the future types of shoes will be more and more, and the order of each shoe will be smaller and smaller. The equipment requirements of group production requirements are characterized by miniaturization, removable, easy to assemble, environmental protection, energy saving and visual management. RDS and MSD reflect the technical characteristics superior to other traditional production lines in these aspects.

Since RDS and MSD were introduced into the market in 2003, they have sold more than 4 million sets in Southeast Asia for a short period of more than two years, including manufacturers, including NIKE, ADIDAS, REEBOK, CLARKS and other top brands. With the further promotion of each group's line, RDS and MSD will be more mature and perfect in terms of market opportunities.
