This shoe culture festival is co sponsored by China Leather Association and Huidong County People's government. It is jointly sponsored by Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association and Guangdong Leather Association. It is jointly hosted by Huidong small and Medium Enterprises Bureau, Huizhou broadcast and television media group and Huidong shoe and leather industry association to showcase the fashion of Huidong fashion, expand the domestic and foreign market of Huidong footwear industry, accelerate the pformation and upgrading of Huidong footwear industry, and launch more than 300 fashion women shoes, shoe materials and shoe machines. Meanwhile, it has organized a series of activities such as the exhibition of fashionable women's shoes online, the exhibition of Guangdong excellent products, the 2013 international fashion women's fashion trend conference, the development of Huidong economic and social development, the fashion women's shoes model performance and the introduction of the investment promotion environment.

From 2002 to 2010, Huidong has successfully held the five shoe culture festival, publicizing and promoting the "regional brand of Chinese women's shoes production base Huidong", displaying the charm of Huidong fashion women's shoes, promoting the close cooperation and exchange between Huidong shoemaking enterprises, further expanding the domestic and foreign market of Huidong footwear industry, and upgrading the innovation level of Huidong footwear industry.

Every two years, the county holds a China Huidong Shoes Culture Festival.

At present, it has successfully held 5 sessions. The first three and fifth sessions were held in the county seat of Huidong. The fourth China Huidong Shoes Culture Festival and the Chinese women's shoes production base, the fashion women's shoes ordering meeting was held in Guangzhou Pazhou poly World Trade Center Expo and the 104th Canton Fair.

However, besides the Huidong county seat and Guangzhou, the sixth session to be held will be a new venue Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center in Huizhou city.

The Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association, Guangdong Leather Association and Guangdong shoe materials Association will be the high-end festival of the national leather and shoemaking industry."

Han Weibin, standing committee of the Huidong county Party committee and deputy county magistrate, said that the sixth shoe culture festival of Huidong, China, will set up a special hall at the Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center. It will introduce more than 300 booths and more than 200 high-quality enterprises to participate in the exhibition. It will fully display the fashionable women's shoes made in Huidong and made in Huidong.

More than 1000 domestic and foreign businessmen are invited to come to business negotiations.

It has developed to more than 4900, 2011 pairs of shoes in 2011, 11 famous brand products in Guangdong, 21 famous trademarks in Guangdong, 28 famous products in Huizhou, and 36 famous trademarks in Huizhou.
