Jinjiang Cooperates With Textile And Clothing Universities To Improve Garment Industry Development Level

"Jinjiang textile and garment talent training and R & D center construction and implementation plan" was recently passed by the Jinjiang Municipal Committee of the Standing Committee.

Jinjiang will cooperate with well-known textile and garment universities in China to establish textile.

Personnel training and R & D Center (temporary name), to create a regional public service platform, to enhance the development level of Jinjiang's textile and garment industry, technological innovation ability to provide urgently needed talents and technical support.

Textile and garment industry is a pillar industry in Jinjiang. With the acceleration of industrial pformation and upgrading, textile and garment enterprises have launched the "two pioneering" craze.

The implementation of this scheme can effectively meet the demand for talents and technology in the development of Jinjiang's textile and garment industry.

It is understood that the platform is built by the Jinjiang municipal Party committee, the municipal government and the famous universities of Donghua University, Wuhan Textile University, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology and other well-known universities in signing the "talent training and R & D center" agreement. The parties will establish stable cooperative relations in personnel training and training, technological innovation and achievements pformation, and promote resource sharing, mutual complementarity and common development.

As an integrated service platform hosted by the Party committee government, University support, expert counselling, and enterprise participation, the textile and garment talents training and R & D center will be geared to Jinjiang's textile and apparel private enterprises. It will integrate full-time education and part-time education, integrate teaching and practice, and integrate research and development, and create a talent training plateau integrating talent training, technology development, project incubation and application.

The main tasks of the center include innovation, leading the development of textile and garment industry, building manpower development and training base, carrying out various kinds of technology research and development training, smooth project incubation and pformation channels of scientific and technological achievements.

In the introduction of outstanding talents, the Jinjiang municipal Party committee and municipal government will take the lead, organize a recruitment meeting in Jinjiang every summer vacation, strengthen contacts with the cooperation institutions, and speed up the introduction of industries in urgent need of talents.

According to the plan, Jinjiang will focus on the training and training of textile and garment talents at three levels, namely, postgraduate, undergraduate and tertiary level.

For graduate level talents, a postgraduate course and a postgraduate training base will be established.

The undergraduate level talents will be trained through the opening of the "Jinjiang class" of textile and clothing, and support the Donghua University, Wuhan Textile University, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology and Fujian Normal University, Quanzhou Normal University, and Quanzhou Normal University universities in Jinjiang to set up the "Jinjiang class". Through the training of ordered talents, all kinds of applied talents will be trained for Jinjiang textile and garment enterprises.

For professional level talents, they will be trained in the form of "enterprise naming class" in Jinjiang higher vocational and secondary vocational schools.
