The Leaders Of The Chan Ba Ecological Zone Visited Xi'An Textile City Comprehensive Development Zone.

Recently, Yang Minsheng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Committee of the Xi'an Chan Ba ecological area, led the management committee, the development company and some middle level cadres of the Shiyuan group to study and visit the comprehensive development zone of Xi'an Textile City.

The cadres who participated in the survey generally agreed that the textile comprehensive development zone has made good progress in planning, construction and project introduction in the past 3 years. The planning, construction and landscape setting of Baqiao wetland park have shown a high standard; the supporting facilities of the textile industry park are ahead of schedule, the infrastructure construction is complete, the project is intensive, and the main work is advancing rapidly, which is worth learning from.

Founded in September 2004, the total planning area is 129 square kilometers, of which 89 square kilometers are concentrated in the control area.

The main body of the Chan Ba ecological zone is located in Weiyang District and Baqiao District of Xi'an. It is one of the four districts and two bases that Xi'an has decided to focus on.

The core area is located in the north of the Longhai line, west of the East Third Ring Road, south of the North Third Ring Road, east of Beichen Avenue, 10 km from the bell tower of the city center, and the East and west of the national Xi'an economic and Technological Development Zone (Xi'an new city center).

The Chan Ba ecological zone is located in the northeastern part of Xi'an. With the development of Chan River and Ba River as its key point, the third generation of new towns, mainly based on finance, commerce, exhibition, tourism, residence and creative industries, will be built to create a new city suitable for living in Xi'an.

In the Chan Ba ecological area, with the idea of "river management to promote regional development and new area development to support ecological construction", the vision is to build the Chan Ba ecological zone into a third generation new town in Xi'an with a beautiful ecological environment, a highly harmonious human and nature, and a livable and entrepreneurial city.

The new area mainly develops the three industry, such as finance, tourism, commerce, creative culture, exhibition, low carbon and technology.
