You may think that "Vietnam made" is not as good as "made in China", but in fact, even brands like Adidas and Nike have chosen Vietnam, and there is no need to worry about any quality problems.
Cheap labor has always been the comparative advantage of "made in China" and the foundation for the rise of China's private economy.
Today, Jiangsu, Suzhou, Fujian, Jinjiang and Guangdong Dongguan are losing this advantage. The shoemaking industry is a specimen.
But giving up the simple manpower cost advantage is the symbol of economic development and industrial maturity. China's manufacturing is entering a new stage focusing on brand quality and humanistic concern.
Ruichang Li ban village from Jinjiang, Fujian, through the Fuzhou Xiamen Expressway to the north of Fuzhou, and then turn to Beijing Fugao Expressway across the mountains, to Jiangxi Ruichang nine yuan Township, a village called Li ban, all the journey is 11 hours.
The same route took 30 hours more than ten years ago, including a day and night train.
Li Aimin, 36 years old, the head of the Del Hui company, is now feeling more and more fond of going home.

His mood is quite different from that of a shoe factory that laid down a carpenter to work in Jinjiang.

When Li Aimin came home, the coach could send him directly to the door.
Li Aimin said that Li Ban was a paradise on earth.
The village is situated in a mountain basin about 50 kilometers away from Mount Lu.
Even when they were about to enter the village, as long as the car had not reached the top of the hill, the people in the car did not know that there was smoke on the other side of the mountain.
A small river runs through the middle of the basin.
The nameless river is 20 meters wide and the water quality is very clear.
There were several small paper mills in the basin, but they were all closed about ten years ago.
The new factory is just a few small brick factories, which is no harm to the environment.
The two floors and six buildings of Li Aimin's house are the fruits of his seven years' work.
The entire Li ban village is almost such a house, the former soil houses and tile houses disappeared completely.
There are three hundred or four hundred families in the village. Most of the buildings are built on the bottom of the basin.
Li Aimin also has a younger brother.
When he built his house in 1998, he was only 15 years old. He was studying electrical engineering with his uncle.
Like his brother, he only finished junior high school, but this skill made him and his brother have a good job: he worked as an electrician in a Dongguan port in Guangdong and Dongguan as a digital camera and DVD machine. Now the monthly salary is about 3000 yuan.
In his brother's eyes, his job is more relaxed, working 8 hours a day and not going to work every Sunday.
In the 90s of last century, there was no building in Li ban village.
Now, 10000 yuan households have long been history.
Li Aimin's family is only a middle and upper family in Li ban village. Now the younger generation in the village has already become rich.
Li ban village has a deep red villa, the owner is a more than 20 year old boy.
In Nanchang, the young man engaged in interior design. A real estate Shanghai boss gave him all the interior decoration business of the Nanchang project.
In addition to the young man who drove a car, he also produced two government officials. One of them was in the Jiujiang Civil Affairs Bureau, the village primary school and the bridge were built by them.
Going out for work changed everything in Li ban village, and almost all the young and middle-aged families came out to work.
Li Aimin worked as a carpenter at home after graduating from junior high school in 1987. By 1991, when he was 20 years old, he saw a family of four people still living in a soil building, guarding three acres of land and eating from their own. He was not satisfied with this kind of life and was determined to run outside.
Li Aimin is a pioneer of Li ban village worker.
Since 1994, other young people have climbed out of the basin.
Most of the people who came out of Ruichang were in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang on the coast, especially in Fujian.
In 1997 and 1998 years, the people of Jiangxi gathered quickly in Jinjiang enterprises.
In today's del - Hui, half of the people in Jiangxi, more than 1000 people, of which more than 100 from Ruichang, from nine yuan Township, there are dozens, from the village of 11 from the village of Liban.
The family of three has a pull gate between the factory area and the living area of del Hui.
The iron gate separates the children in the neighborhood from their parents working in the workshop and office.

"Our children do not control themselves. Security is in charge."
Li Aimin's son is 8 years old. When he was only two months old, he stayed in del Hui's staff quarters.
Because Li Aimin is the chief of the birth control department, and the company pays the same room and room.
His mother went to del Hui in 1995 and now works in the workshop.
My son likes this courtyard, and there are dozens of playmates with his age.
Since he started school in 2005, he doesn't want to go home every summer vacation.
In addition to sitting in front of the computer every day, playing video games is staring at the flower garden downstairs.
The living area has bought two wooden table tennis tables and a basketball court.
However, he knows a lot of people in the yard, including some local children in Southern Fujian.
In 2006, his son was in the first grade of primary school in chedai Xi Bian village. This is the arrangement of the company.
According to the policy of brook village, children from other countries do not have to pay tuition fees just like local children.
This policy has long existed, but the large scale entry of migrant workers is in recent years.
In the class of one year, the 50 migrant workers accounted for half of their children.
In the early 90s of last century, the village of Xi Bian built 5 teaching buildings.
Li Aimin said that the teaching quality of the primary school in Xi Bian village was not bad, and teachers never used to give gifts.
So the family of three settled down.
Every day at noon, Li Aimin's wife still cooks for herself and hardly ever goes to the canteen.
Because there are two hours of rest at noon, it's time to cook.
His brother's Guangdong company has a 8 hour system.
Now, the life of Li Aimin and his wife is also very calmly. They work 9.5 hours a day, and they leave work at 9:30 every evening, which is very early for Li Aimin, who has been accustomed to working overtime for a long time.
"There are a lot of companies like three of us."
He said.
In recent years, Li Aimin began to feel satisfied with his peaceful life.
As for the income of a family, Li Aimin's monthly salary is 4000 yuan, and his wife's monthly salary is about 1800 yuan.
Since last year, Dell's salary has been placed in the employee's bank card before 10 every month.
Dongguan, Guangdong is an earlier sports shoes base than Jinjiang.
But in the more than 10 years of Fujian, Li Aimin did not understand the situation of Guangdong counterparts. Only in recent years did he listen to fellow townsmen.
Compared with Jinjiang, the wage level of Taiwan funded shoe factories in Guangdong Dongguan area is no higher than that in Jinjiang, but welfare benefits are better.
Many years ago, businesses there bought insurance for every worker.
It is still a matter of recent years for Jinjiang enterprises to buy insurance for their employees.
"Generally, how many copies a company buys, and when it comes to an accident, it can let the insurance company compensate."
At noon on September 2004, Li Aimin was hit by a small van of Xingtai company and stayed in hospital for several days.
Subsequently, del Hui company reported the case, so that the Pacific (love shares, quotes, information) insurance company investigators immediately came.
"If this kind of thing is in the past, or in other small factories, what can workers do besides their own money?"
In del Hui, what kind of salary is there?
The manager's monthly salary is 8000 yuan, the manager is equivalent to the director of the factory; Li Aimin is the director level, the first class is smaller than the manager, and the monthly salary is more than 4000 yuan.
As for the production director like Chen Xinhua, Pyramid, who lives in the production system, has an annual salary of more than 200 thousand yuan.
These treatment levels are open and pparent.
As for ordinary workers, the average level is about sixteen thousand yuan a year, eliminating the cost of living five thousand or six thousand a year, which can be roughly ten thousand yuan a year.
The average worker also gets more than 2000 of a month, but that's not the majority.
Li Aimin believes that in another two years, the wages of ordinary workers in Jinjiang enterprises should generally rise to this level.
"The problem of a migrant worker is very practical. If you choose to enter a business, you can see how much money you can make by choosing a factory.
There are also people who jump to other factories, but there are still few.
The production environment and living conditions are good here.
In terms of wages, if such a large factory can not satisfy workers, it will be even more difficult for small factories.
In the more than 10 years of del Hui, Li Aimin worked from ordinary workers to team leaders and heads of departments.
In the eyes of many people, he is a steady and simple person. He has never been ambitious. "I have not thought of going up again, and managing the production system in this industry. Although the level of education is not too important, the factors of operation, experience and organization can be combined."
For him, the most difficult period of his life has passed.
1990s is back to 1991.
Li Aimin, who had just laid down the carpenter's work, sat down in front of the sewing machine and got his vamp up.
His first job was in a small shoe factory in Jinjiang.
At that time, the shoe industry in Jinjiang had just started, and everywhere in the stream area were shoe factories.
Two years later, in 1993, the buildings of del Hui, Sanxing, Kindas, Heng Qiang and Hongxing Erke have become new landscapes along the stream.
In 1994, Li Aimin switched to del Hui.
At that time, there were only more than 200 people in del Hui.
But after 1995, when the domestic tourist shoes market started, the development of Jinjiang shoe producing area entered the fast lane.
In 1994, the annual output of the company was about eight hundred ninety thousand pairs of sneakers and hand-made leather shoes.
By 1997, the company developed to assembly line production, and its output immediately exceeded 1 million pairs.
Over the next two years, the size of del Hui doubled, and the pipeline increased from 1 to 4 in 1999.
Since 1997, Li Aimin has been proficient in sewing machines with large motors.
When he first arrived in Jinjiang in 1991, Li Aimin's monthly income was only 300 yuan. After he went to del Hui, he was diligent and willing to work. Because the enterprise was in a fast rising period. By 1995, his monthly income reached about 1500 yuan. When the company introduced the production line, with the increase of efficiency, his monthly income increased to about 1800 yuan.
According to the piece rate, a car can get 2.1 yuan for a vamp and twenty or thirty pairs a day.
Compared with the carpenter's work, Li Aimin, who grew up in the countryside, can bear the labor intensity of eleven hours and two hours a day.
When I came in, the company had a lot of business and the annual benefits were quite good. "
Li Aimin worked in del Hui's old factory building.
The old factory is a stone house, and there are more than twenty sewing machines in the lobby on the first floor.
The summer in Jinjiang is very long, and the hot days are four or five months a year. There are so many mosquitoes in the workshop, but there is no mosquito repellent incense in the workshop.
