According to Linsey Hinkle, head of tannin project in North America, everFLEX fabric significantly improved the resilience of fabrics. Compared with the fabrics made by traditional single nuclear textile technology, everFLEX increased the strength of the fabric by 15%, the tensile strength of the fabrics increased by 75%, and the tear resistance of the fabrics increased by 40%.

At the same time, everFLEX fabric has better comfort than polyester blended fabric.

EverFLEX fabrics are currently produced in four series, ranging from 85/14/1 to 80/17/3 from cotton, polyester and elastic fiber blended fabrics, and three kinds of blue fabrics with different shades.

Strong elastic fabrics are mainly aimed at underpants, and micro elastic fabrics are jeans.

The resilience of ordinary elastic denim fabrics is hardly easy to restore to trousers.

According to reports, North American tannin customers have used new everFLEX fabrics to make jeans samples, and the new cowboy series is expected to be sold in the autumn of 2012.
