The Management Office of the state owned assets, the office of assets management and the relevant municipal finance bureau made up two research groups, and on 12-22 April 2011, they went to 5 cities, such as Wuzhou, Guilin, Yulin, Baise, Guigang, etc., and established the management system and system of state-owned assets in administrative institutions.

The research group took the form of a symposium. After hearing the reports of the financial departments and administrative units concerned on the management of assets in the administrative institutions, a heated discussion was held on relevant issues and personnel from various cities and counties, such as how to combine asset management with budget management, how to further improve the property management information system, and how to integrate operation assets.

All cities and counties have put forward good opinions and suggestions in combination with local realities.

Through this investigation, we further strengthened communication with the grass-roots level, which helps the autonomous region finance to further understand and grasp the development of related work in various cities and counties. In view of the existing problems, the autonomous region finance will take effective measures in the future work to standardize, so as to raise the management level of the state-owned assets of the whole administrative institutions.
