"The focus of the work is to concentrate on organizing three major regulations, namely, regulating enterprises' charges, energy saving and emission reduction, and price order of agricultural products, and investigating and exposing a number of typical cases of price violations in accordance with the law, including the green beans, garlic, electricity, refined oil, etc., and vigorously strengthening the construction of the legal system of price supervision, revising the regulations on administrative penalties for price violations, and actively carrying out anti price monopoly work, promoting the normalization of price public services, and further optimizing the price environment of economic and social development.

According to statistics, from 1 to November, the price authorities at all levels of the country investigated and dealt with 38 thousand cases of price violation, 310 million yuan returned to consumers, confiscated illegal income of 830 million yuan, and fined 110 million yuan, effectively cracking down on all kinds of price violations, and made due contributions to protecting consumers' interests and maintaining normal market price order.

The conference analyzed the situation faced by the price supervision work next year, and asked the price departments at all levels to further enhance their sense of anxiety, overall awareness and sense of responsibility. In order to meet the requirements of the new situation and new challenges, we should strengthen our study, broaden our horizons and forge ahead. We should focus on serving the whole Bureau, pioneering and innovating, dealing with emergencies, investigating and collecting evidence, handling according to law and publicizing public opinions. We should constantly improve our regulatory responsibilities and promote the ability of scientific development, and constantly improve the level of price supervision and inspection work under the new situation.

The meeting stressed that next year, we must closely focus on the important task of stabilizing the general price level, and stress six aspects of work, and resolutely maintain the normal market and price order.
