Regenerated yarn can reduce the amount of oil used, and the tonnes of finished yarn can save 6 tons of oil. This will contribute to reducing the air pollution and controlling the greenhouse effect.
We will provide relevant certification and tag to prove that this fabric is an environmentally friendly product.
In view of the fact that PVC contains chlorine (which is the main source of Deosin, and Deosin is a confirmed carcinogen) and contains heavy metals, plasticizers and so on, we adopt the latest technology in Taiwan to produce a generation of heavy metals which do not contain PVC and almost impossible to measure. They replace PVC products and become suppliers of new generation of environmental protection materials (Environmental calender PE, TPE, EVA, PEVA), and have the following characteristics:
Non toxic - no PVC (tested by international certification body SGS) and no odor.
Environmental protection - very low content of heavy metals (tested by international certification body SGS), burning Deosin.
Light weight - 25% lighter than PVC;
The cold resistance does not change the nature of the period at -25 C.
The products currently produced by Wei An cloth industry can be tested by international standards such as MTL, SGS, ITS and so on through environmental protection dyeing, environmental protection coating and calendering. Among them, two environmental indicators such as o-benzoic acid, 6P, formaldehyde, lead (Pb), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and nonylphen are up to the latest European environmental standards and the latest US green standards.
