It is reported that Germany is currently updating the 2005 regulations for supervision, including the enforcement of European regulations on related substances and products.

The regulatory scope of the updated regulations includes REACH Joint submission, data sharing, high attention substances (SVHC) and restrictions in articles.

The review industry includes chemicals related industries, textiles and leather, paper industry, rubber and plastics industry, electroplating and traders. The focus of the review will be on small and medium enterprises.

Cai Zhengqi told reporters that for some Chinese chemical enterprises, the threshold for obtaining REACH certification is very high. One of the conditions is that there must be a registered company in Europe.

According to him, "hire Europeans to take charge of specific registration matters. Although the cost of human resources is much higher than that of domestic employees, because they are very familiar with EU regulations and technical standards and have certain resources, they are involved in all activities of REACH regulations, which is more conducive to the development of REACH registration."

According to the EU's REACH regulations, some shoemaking enterprises also expressed different voices.

Global market CEO Ling Feng believes that when facing the EU's environmental barriers, Chinese exporters must pass certain ways to accurately understand the needs of foreign buyers through accurate matching with foreign buyers before they can avoid the disadvantages brought about by the implementation of REACH.
