After nearly two years of regionalization management, the demonstration area of export clothing inspection and supervision in the region has achieved remarkable results.
At present, the quality awareness of more than 250 garment manufacturers in Pinghu clothing inspection and supervision area of Zhejiang is generally improved, and the quality of export products is stable.
From 1 to May this year, the Jiaxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau inspected the 11736 batch of export garments in Pinghu regulatory area, and the value of goods was 344 million dollars, up 21.4% and 5.4% compared to the same period.

Following the 2009 Zhejiang Yu Yu Group Co., Ltd. became the first enterprise in Jiaxing to win the qualification of exemption from export inspection, the export men and women's casual wear applied by Zhejiang Desheng Industrial Limited by Share Ltd also passed the first inspection of export inspection exemption from Zhejiang inspection and Quarantine Bureau in May 2010.
In 2010, the Zhejiang inspection and quarantine bureau plans to promote the inspection of the enterprise through the AQSIQ, and recommends 1 enterprises to apply for exemption from inspection.

On the basis of last year's 4 enterprises' demonstration enterprises, this year, the Jiaxing inspection and quarantine bureau plans to set up 4 enterprises as demonstration enterprises. At the same time, combined with the selection of the demonstration enterprises, it will further highlight the typical exemplary role and create a strong atmosphere for product quality in the region.
Carry out classified management and guide enterprises in the region to improve in an all-round way.
The Bureau inspected 14 existing enterprises in the regulatory demonstration area, and reached 20 by the end of the year. Preferential measures such as convenient customs clearance and exemption and testing fees were granted to one or two enterprises respectively, so as to boost the autonomous promotion of enterprises in the region.
Next, the Jiaxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau will further develop policies, technologies, information, talents and other advantages, innovate ideas and innovative methods, cooperate with local governments, strengthen service guidance to enterprises, establish and improve the long-term dynamic supervision mechanism of product quality, and intensify law enforcement.

Efforts should be made to impose heavy penalties on enterprises intending to break the law and produce counterfeit and shoddy products, increase their illegal costs, and gradually form the atmosphere of law-abiding operation, actively carry out the work of foreign technical trade measures, strengthen the collection of information on foreign technical standards, implement the supervision plan of enterprises in the region, implement the "one factory and one strategy", provide better services and timely measures in place in terms of customs clearance, storage of documents, guidance and assistance, and push forward the supervision mechanism of "the government's overall responsibility, strict quality control, inspection and quarantine supervision, relevant departments' efforts, coordination of industrial associations and participation of social forces", and strive to build an export inspection and supervision area in Pinghu as an advanced national demonstration area for inspection and supervision at an early date.
