He learned from his customers in an open-minded way, accumulated bit by bit, and quickly explored a set of experience.

He sells customers into different types.

He is a customer who comes to the store and enthusiastically delivers his own business card so that customers can remember his shoe store.


Work pays no attention.

Many customers remember his phone call, often in the morning, he has not yet arrived in the shop, the number of shoes to buy has been received several times, the business is getting more and more prosperous.

In less than half a year, he rented another store in Changchun's Foreign Trade City, and recruited two college students and a middle-aged woman worker.


Now, two shoe stores run by Chen Changsheng have been on the right track and business is booming.

He wants to lay a little more ground in order to strive for better development.
