Procedures For Pshipment Of Non Pit Goods

　　（一）货物运抵启运地海关监管场所后，对已办理出口货物出境运输工具订舱的，申请人按《出口货物报关单》的填制规范要求录入数据后，向启运地海关办理出口货物报关和转关手续。并持启运地海关签发的关封和有关登记簿向出境地海关办理转关运输货物的出境手续。
