*St Beineng (000803): Resignation Of Supervisor

The board of supervisors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Li Min, chairman of the board of supervisors, on October 22, 2020. For personal reasons, Mr. Li Min resigned from the post of chairman of the 10th board of supervisors and non employee representative supervisor; after resignation, Mr. Li Min still worked in the company and held other positions. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Li Min did not hold shares of the company.

According to the company law of the people's Republic of China, the guidelines for the standardized operation of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other laws and regulations as well as the articles of association, Mr. Li Min's resignation will cause the number of the 10th board of supervisors of the company to be lower than the legal minimum number. Li Min Xiansheng's resignation report will take effect after the new non employee representative supervisor is elected by the general meeting of shareholders. During this period, Mr. Li Min will continue to perform the duties of chairman of the board of supervisors.
