The problems are mainly concentrated on five aspects.

First, the issue of consumer contracts, mainly in terms of unilateral cancellation of orders, failure to fulfill sales promotion commitments, and failure to fulfill obligations according to the agreement. Two, advertising problems, specifically manifested in the commodity specifications, materials, prices, contents and actual conditions that are advertised by electric business enterprises; three, quality problems such as failure of mobile phones and TV screens to start normally; four, after-sales service operators who delay delivery, fail to perform the duties of refund, service and repair according to the regulations; five, consumer rights and interests protection is not in place, resulting in procrastination of consumer disputes, or procrastination of consumers, or consumers are not satisfied with the results of the settlement.
