Cross Boundary In WuxiJiangsu

In recent years, the former town of Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, which is known as "the hometown of printing and dyeing", has staged a good play of the traditional industry's "cross boundary" development to the emerging industries.

This "printing and dyeing town" also ushered in a new take-off.

Last year, new energy and other emerging industries achieved the goal of "three points one after another".

The former Island Printing and dyeing industry is one of the earliest and fast developing township industries in China.

"Industry" is even more prominent in the former towns and villages and towns, and it has made more than 80% of the total economic output.

But after all, printing and dyeing is a traditional industry at the expense of resources and environment. It is not too strong, and it soon encountered development bottlenecks.

The Taihu water crisis in 2007 and the international financial crisis that broke out in 2008 made the former Chau dyeing and printing enterprises feel "chilling and chilling".

High energy consumption, high pollution, low product level, labor intensive printing and dyeing industry have been hit hard, annual output value has almost fallen by half, and many enterprises are in trouble.

However, with the "Grass-roots" toughness of the former Chau dyeing and printing enterprises, the curtain on pformation and upgrading and industrial pformation has been opened up.

In order to find a way to break through the industry, printing and dyeing enterprises backbone enterprises

The rate has gone ahead of the way of innovation and pformation, and began to rush home and abroad. In accordance with the threshold of "more technology, no pollution, less employment and moderate investment", experts have been extensively consulted. In recent years, new products such as new energy wind power blades and tin foil have been investigated and screened in nearly 10 different fields. Finally, the target has been locked in the brand-new solar photovoltaic industry and the Shang pin solar energy company has been established.

On the one hand, they reached a long-term cooperation agreement with Tongji University, Hebei University of Technology and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai. On the other hand, the company also actively worked with the information industry electronics Eleventh Design Institute Co., Ltd. to carry out the project of optical power generation system in the whole country, and actively promote the development of solar power technology, and vigorously promote the application of solar power generation.

Today, Shang pin company has 25 million annual production capacity of monocrystalline silicon wafers, 60MW solar panels and 70MW solar cell modules, forming a relatively complete solar photovoltaic industry chain in China, which is "silicon wafer cutting, battery preparation, component encapsulation and system engineering", and has become the forerunner and leader of the whole city to enter the photovoltaic industry.

In the former Chau dyeing and printing factory, driven by the perfect turn of traditional printing and dyeing to new energy, traditional enterprises such as Jianghai, Hongtai and Yun Lu have also made a decisive attack, aiming at the second start-ups, such as wind power, photovoltaic, automotive parts and new materials.

At present, more than 20 traditional enterprises in the town have successfully realized the perfect turn to the new industry.

Last year, the new industrial cluster, led by wind power, photovoltaic, automotive parts and new materials, completed output value of 3 billion 900 million yuan, while the proportion of three traditional industries of printing, dyeing, textile and dyeing machinery accounted for 30% of the total economic output of the whole town.

It is worth mentioning that the "turn around" from traditional printing to emerging industries has made enterprises taste the benefits of pformation.

Du Zhengxing, the head of the former Chau dyeing and printing factory, counted out an account. In addition to the pollution-free production process, the number of enterprises employed now has been reduced from 800 to 200, of which 80% has a college degree or above. The annual output value of the enterprise has increased from 80 million yuan to 10 billion yuan, and its economic benefits have been doubled.

Among them, 80% has a college degree or above. The annual output value of the enterprise has increased from the past 80 million yuan to 10 billion yuan, and its economic benefits have been doubled. The income of the workers is also several times higher than that of the printing and dyeing industry.

Clothing Industry: Why Do People Dare To Knowingly Break The Law By Telling A Holiday?

In order to order, it can blatantly violate the relevant laws, and the interests of enterprises are higher than anything else, but I am afraid such enterprises are more than one. As a well-known enterprise, why does the company knowingly violate the law? In my opinion, there are three reasons.
