Established in 1991, the County printing and dyeing association is an early folk industry organization in our county.

In 2009, in order to implement the State Council's "textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan" and promote the pformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry in our county, the association took the initiative to undertake the basic investigation work, and fully cooperated with the China Textile Industry Association to compile the "Shaoxing County printing and dyeing industry energy conservation and emission reduction and adjustment and reconstruction project implementation plan".

Through conferences, initiatives and regulations, it vigorously guides enterprises to achieve intensive and sustainable development.

"Jing Bao machinery" has pformed from printing and dyeing enterprises to the development of new technology printing and dyeing equipment such as environmental protection, energy saving, qualitative machine and dryer. It has become the "first line of energy saving and emission reduction" in our county's printing and dyeing industry.

For example, in 2008, in view of the abnormal rise in dyestuff prices, the enterprises in the County Federation of printing and dyeing industry associations firmly resisted and effectively suppressed the rapid rise in the price of dyes and chemicals.

At the same time, in view of the problem of steam price disputes in the two major industries of printing and dyeing and thermoelectricity, the association has repeatedly coordinated efforts to balance the demands of the two industries, effectively alleviated the contradictions and promoted the healthy and orderly development of the industry.

It is understood that the Association member enterprises have been developed from more than 90 in early 2008 to more than 160 in 2009, and now they break through 200. They not only cover the whole county dyeing and printing enterprises, but also break through the industry and geographical boundaries, and absorb chemical plants, machinery factories, drainage companies, sewage treatment plants and other enterprises. "Guiding member enterprises to implement the strategy of independent innovation, constantly enhancing product research and development, improving product quality, and vigorously implementing circular economy, clean production, energy saving and consumption reduction, and scientific and technological innovation and other activities to increase business efficiency, which is the task of the County printing and dyeing association during the '12th Five-Year' period.
